The Illinois Department of Human Service’s “Are You Really Winning?” campaign has helped countless Illinoisans with gambling addiction. Given the quick rise in gambling among younger people, they needed a new PSA that speaks directly to them. Together with Modular and a5 Branding & Digital, we created a whirlwind journey through youth, loss, and prevention.
